India’s journey towards self-reliance in innovation continues to gain momentum, with strategic support for indigenous technologies playing a key role in bridging the gap between research and market success. In this context, the TDB’s Atmanirbhar Yatra – Gujarat Chapter: “From Lab to Market: TDB Bridges the Gap” was held on 6th June 2025 at Science Dome, Gujarat Science City, Ahmedabad.
The summit featured insightful sessions on Gujarat’s innovation roadmap, funding mechanisms for start-ups, success stories of TDB-supported ventures, and critical discussions on navigating Technology Readiness Levels (TRL 6 & 7). Stakeholders from CII, ASSOCHAM, FICCI, GUJCOST, iCreate, iHub, and TDB came together in a high-impact panel to strengthen India’s innovation ecosystem and shape policy recommendations.
LexOrbis team members Neha Ramani, Avi Garg, Narayan Patel, and Sengunthar Prabhakaran Bhaskaran attended the event, engaging with founders, ecosystem enablers, and policymakers. The team contributed to dialogues on R&D commercialisation, funding accessibility, and IP-driven innovation strategies for deep tech start-ups.
