The High Court of Delhi recently adjudicated in the case of Bhaktivedanta Book Trust v. HTTPS://BHAGAVATAM.IN & ORS., which delved into the delicate balance between protecting intellectual property rights and honouring the transformative nature of spiritual works. Bhaktivedanta Book Trust, established by the esteemed scholar and spiritual leader Srila Prabhupada, found itself in a legal battle against multiple defendants accused of copyright infringement.
